Shabbat Psalm and Praise: Up...
Saturday, January 1, 2011

"Daddy, here I am again... in need...
of light and water, for the Good seed.
I look around, barren land fills my sight...
weary from the constant fight.
Endurance, I pray You grant to me...
Your deliverance, I wait to see.
From bondage, not just burdens...
It is You alone that mends.
Broken and contrite,
transparent... before Your sight.
Cleanse this vessel...
And overcome me through the wrestle.
El Shaddai, God of the Mountain...
From Whom flows living water fountains...
Up, up, I long to go...
no longer content to stay so low...
Make Your face to shine,
making clear the line...
Exposing the darkness, around and within,
as I seek Your face, not men...
You alone can bind these open wounds,
and drive out all the darkness that looms.
Worthy of all praise,
are You each and every day!
Allow me to stay in the place that glorifies Your Name...
For You alone desire the same.
And from this place, let me proclaim,
the Wonder and Beauty of Your Name."

“Say, therefore, to the children of Yisra’el, ‘I am Yahweh, and I shall bring you out from under the burdens of the Mitsrites, and shall deliver you from their enslaving, and shall redeem you with an outstretched arm, and with great judgments, 7and shall take you as My people, and I shall be your Elohim. And you shall know that I am Yahweh your Elohim who is bringing you out from under the burdens of the Mitsrites.

Shalom on Yisra'el!
